Michele, who won the Teen Choice Award for TV Actress: Comedy, took the stage with members of the "Glee" cast. The Fox series also won for Television Comedy.

"I just wanted to be here today to personally thank all of you and to tell everyone out there how much all of your love and support has meant to me over these very past difficult few weeks," Michele said during her acceptance speech. "Not that I had any doubt before, but you guys are most certainly the greatest fans in the world. And I wanted to dedicate this award to Cory. For all of you out there who loved and admired Cory as much as I did, I promise that with your love we're going to get through this together. He was very special to me, and also to the world, and we were very lucky to witness his incredible talent, his handsome smile, and his beautiful beautiful heart. So whether you knew him personally, or just as Finn Hudson, Cory reached out and he became a part of all of our hearts. And that's where he'll stay forever. So, thank you guys so much."

"Glee" cast members also spoke about Monteith during their acceptance speeches for Choice: TV Comedy.

"We just wanted to say although that we lost someone that we really love, and that all of you guys loved too, we are very fortunate to come back to a show where we feel the love of family... Cory was like a brother to us and like a dad. He was always ready to sign an autograph or take a picture with a fan. And he loves you gleeks and he loves his fans," Amber Riley said.

Jenna Ushkowitz added, "So, on behalf of our brother and our cast mate, we know that Cory would have wanted to dedicate this award to you guys. So, our condolences to all of you, as well, and we love you so much. Thank you guys." Monteith died July 13 at the age of 31 due to "mixed drug toxicity" of heroin and alcohol. The upcoming fall episodes of "Glee" will pay tribute to Monteith and also address drug and alcohol abuse in relation to Finn's character.

Teen Choice Awards also went to "Glee" actors Chord Overstreet (TV Male Scene Stealer), Blake Jenner (TV Breakout Star); Nick Jonas was given the Inspire Award; and the musical film "Pitch Perfect," directed by Jason Moore and starring Anna Kendrick, was picked for Best Comedy, while "Pitch Perfect" actors Skylar Astin and Rebel Wilson were awarded for Comedy Actor and Actress, respectively.
