Michele, who will release "Brunette Ambition," her upcoming book that is described as "part memoir, part how-to, and part style-guide," in May, also recently released her solo debut album "Louder."
Michele is expected to perform the song "On My Way" from "Louder" during her appearance.
As previously announced, Michele will celebrate the release of "Louder" with an 11-country world tour this summer. In addition, the 100th episode of "Glee" airs March 18 on Fox.
