Co-directed by West Hyler and Shelley Butler, the Off-Broadway hit will officially open at the California venue April 18. Performances continue through May 17. The cast features Heather Lee (Tessie Tura in the Bernadette Peters Gypsy) as Flora, Jack Noseworthy (Sweet Smell of Success) as Christopher "Kit" Gill, Erica Piccininni as Sarah Stone and Kevin Symons as Morris Brummell.

Based on the novel by William Goldman, No Way to Treat a Lady features book, music and lyrics by Douglas J. Cohen. The musical, according to press notes, is described as such: "A serial killer is on the loose, and Detective Morris Brummell is on the case. Can he find the killer, get the girl, and appease his disappointed mother — all before the next chorus? It's a game of cat and mouse — a tour de force with 4 actors playing 17 roles — and a murderously good time!"

The production features scenic design by Sibyl Wickersheimer, costume design by Paloma Young, lighting design by Jeremy Pivnick, sound design by Drew Dalzell and prop design by MacAndME.

The Colony Theatre is located at 555 North Third Street (at Cypress) adjacent to the Burbank Town Center. For tickets call (818) 558-7000 ext. 15 or visit www.colonytheatre.org.
