News Les Miz Tour Troupers Sing DC Showstoppers Concert for BC/EFA Oct. 24 Cast members from the 25th anniversary touring production of Les Misérables, now playing the Kennedy Center, present a one-night-only benefit concert, Signature Songs: An Evening of Broadway Showstoppers, Oct. 24 in Washington, DC.

The 8 PM show at DC's Town Danceboutique (2009 8th Street NW) will support Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA). Tickets to Signature Songs: An Evening of Broadway Showstoppers are $15 for general admission, $10 for students and are only available the day of the performance at the door.

All proceeds will go to BC/EFA, which supports individuals affected by critical health issues, including but not limited to HIV/AIDS. For ticket information, visit http://on.fb.me/LMsignature. (Patrons must be at least 21 years of age to attend.)

Signature Songs: An Evening of Broadway Showstoppers is billed as "a collection of the Les Miz company's favorite show-stopping songs from the biggest shows on Broadway shared to show a different side of each performer."

Cast members will be joined throughout the evening by special guests Potomac Fever, a subsidiary of the Gay Men's Chorus of DC.

The new production of Alain Boublil & Claude-Michel Schönberg's Les Misérables, with fresh staging and reimagined scenery inspired by the paintings of Victor Hugo, is currently on tour across North America. It's now at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, through Oct. 30. Tickets are available online at kennedy-center.org or by calling (202) 467-4600.
