Tony- and Pulitzer Prize-winning composer and star of Hamilton and In the Heights Lin-Manuel Miranda was a guest on Late Night with Seth Meyers June 29.

In the video above, Miranda speaks about the ever-growing Hamilton phenomenon and also reveals how the White House became an early testing ground for the award-winning musical.

Miranda will appear alongside Emily Blunt in Disney’s Mary Poppins Returns, set to be released on Christmas Day 2018. His additional upcoming projects include collaborating with Alan Menken on a live-action The Little Mermaid and developing TV and film adaptations of The Kingkiller Chronicle.
