Beginning May 12, Lincoln Center will host the first Mozart for Munchkins interactive concert in this spring series.

The concert, held on Mother’s Day, will present Our Musical Wilderness, a concert inspired by animals and nature, performed by two moms and the co-founders of the series, Sara Lelia Sherman and Hilary Castle. Though this date is currently sold out, Mozart for Munchkins will continue its programming at other local venues. Check the website for more information.

The Mozart for Munchkins series has offered over 100 concerts since its launch in 2017. Presentations feature music by Bach, Bernstein, Beethoven, and more.

The series introduces young listeners to classical musical and allows them to have hands-on experience with the instruments. The May 12 performance will take place in the Samuel B. & David Rose Building.
