News   Linda Eder Begins Feinstein's Run May 1 Linda Eder, best known to Broadway fans for her work in Jekyll & Hyde, brings her new concert act to Feinstein's at the Regency May 1.

Entitled This Time Around, the singer-actress will play the posh venue through May 12. She is joined by musical director John Oddo. The Feinstein's engagement coincides with the release of Eder's newest recording, which is simply titled "Linda Eder's Greatest Hits." The disc — available from Rhino Music — features selections from her recording career, and is available exclusively at Barnes & Noble or online at bn.com.

The Feinstein's season will also feature Peter Gallagher (May 15-June 2), Michael Feinstein (June 5-16) and Mary Wilson (June 19-30).

Linda Eder made her Broadway debut as Lucy in Jekyll & Hyde, garnering a Theatre World Award as well as Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle nominations for her work. Also a concert and recording artist, her solo CDs include "Linda Eder," "And So Much More," "It's Time," "Gold" and "Broadway My Way." Eder also starred in Frank Wildhorn's Camille Claudel at Goodspeed. Her newest recording — "By Myself: The Songs of Judy Garland" — hit stores on the Angel Records label in October 2005.

Eder plays Feinstein's Tuesday-Saturday evenings at 8:30 PM with late shows Fridays and Saturdays at 11 PM. There is a $75 cover charge and a $40 minimum for all performances.
