The afternoon event will begin with a luncheon for the winners, followed by the 1:30 PM presentation of the Pulitzer Prizes in journalism, letters, drama and music. Mike Pride, editor of the Concord Monitor and newly elected co-chair of the Pulitzer Prize Board, will offer brief remarks. Joann Byrd, co-chair of the Pulitzer Board, will honor Iranian photographer Jahangir Razmi with a special presentation during the ceremony. Razmi won the 1980 Pulitzer Prize for spot photography, but his identity was unknown until last year.

The Pulitzer Prizes in journalism, letters, drama, and music are awarded annually by Columbia University on the recommendation of the Pulitzer Prize Board. The winners of the 91st annual Pulitzer Prizes were announced April 16. Playwright David Lindsay-Abaire won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama for his Tony-nominated play Rabbit Hole.

The presentations will be held at Columbia University's Low Memorial Library Rotunda at 535 West 116 Street.
