The 26th season of the concert series launches later this month.

Broadway’s Future Songbook Series—presented by Arts and Artists of Tomorrow—will kick off its 26th season September 26 in the Bruno Walter Auditorium at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center.

Produced, directed and hosted by John Znidarsic, the free evening will spotlight the songs of the award-winning songwriter Will Aronson. Show time is 6 PM.

Interpreting Aronson’s songs will be Farah Alvin (Nine, The Marvelous Wonderettes), Joshua David Cavanaugh (The Untitled John Mayer Project), Joshua Dela Cruz (Aladdin), Katie Lee Hill (Nerds, The Wildness), Beth Kirkpatrick (Les Miserables), Grace McLean (Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812, Brooklynite), Jeremy Morse (Waitress), Brandi Porter (Junie B’s Essential Survival Guide to School), Will Sevedge (Hello My Baby), Emily Walton (Peter & the Starcatcher) and Noah Zachary (Poster Boy).

Will Aronson has composed the scores for My Scary Girl (Best Musical, NYMF 2009), Mother, Me and the Monsters (Barrington Stage; Boston Globe Critics’ Pick), The Trouble With Doug (NAMT; Theatreworks Palo Alto) and Pete the Cat (Theatreworks USA). Current projects include Hansel & Gretl & Heidi & Günter (2014 NAMT development grant) and Wind-Up Girl (Ars Nova Uncharted). He has been awarded a Fulbright grant, an ASCAP Frederick Loewe Award, an Anna Sosenko Assist Trust grant and a Baryshnikov Fellowship.

New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center is located at 111 Amsterdam Avenue and 65th Street.
