This new musical tells the story of a fading rock star who discovers that getting hit by lightning will bring back his past glory. Joining Cumming in the cast are Jesse Clasen, Betsy Wright, Martina Topley-Bird, and Jason Barnes.
Composer-lyricist Morel has had hits on Billboard Club charts and has released three studio albums: Queen of the Highway in 2002, Lucky Strike in 2004, and The Death of the Paperboy in 2009. As a producer, he has collaborated with such artists as Cyndi Lauper, Yoko Ono, Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, and U.S. Girls.
