News Live in the Delfont Room to Feature Patina Miller, Songs of David Friedman and More The ongoing Live in the Delfont Room season of late-night cabaret, held in the large stalls (i.e. orchestra) bar of the Prince of Wales Theatre, where Mamma Mia! is currently playing, will continue.

Future acts lined up include West End leading ladies Gina Murray and Anna-Jane Casey in a double bill; Sister Act's Patina Miller; vocal group Cantabile; and a one-night showcase of the songs of David Friedman entitled Listen to My Heart. All performances are at 11 PM with doors opening at 10:30 PM.

Murray and Casey, who have both done stints in Chicago (as Mama Morton and Velma Kelly respectively), will team up Sept. 26. Murray's West End credits include playing the young Patsy Cline in Patsy Cline – A Musical Tribute, Claudette Orbison in The Roy Orbison Story, Serena Katz in Fame, Carnaby Street, One Touch of Venus, Fuddy Meers and The Full Monty. Casey is currently in the Menier Chocolate Factory's production of Forbidden Broadway (through Sept. 13) and has previously appeared as Dot in the Menier's original production of Sunday in the Park with George, before its subsequent West End and Broadway transfers (for which she was replaced by Jenna Russell, as she was pregnant). Her other extensive West End credits include Cats, Children of Eden, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Out of the Blue, Starlight Express and West Side Story. She has appeared as Sophie in "EastEnders" and Linda Kemp in "The Bill." She recently filmed guest lead roles in "Heartbeat" and "Holby City."

Miller, who is currently appearing as Deloris Van Cartier (the Whoopi Goldberg role) in Sister Act at the London Palladium, will appear Nov. 18. Her previous credits include playing Dionne in Hair (in the Public Theater's production at the Delacorte), in which she sang "Aquarius". She has also done a stint on the U.S. soap opera "All My Children."

A capella vocal quartet Cantabile will appear with their show Cantabile Christmas Cracker Dec. 17. The quartet, which comprises Richard Bryan, Steven Brooks, Mark Fleming and Michael Steffan, has produced 13 solo albums, and given over 2,000 live performances and made more than 200 TV appearances worldwide, from musicals in the Wst End to galas aboard the Queen Elizabeth 2 and concerts at New York's Carnegie Hall.

Listen to My Heart – the Songs of David Friedman will take place Jan. 30, 2010. The New York-based film and theatre composer, lyricist and conductor, whose work has been performed and recorded by Diana Ross, Barry Manilow, Petula Clark, Jason Alexander, Laurie Beechman, Lainie Kazan, Leslie Uggams, Kristin Chenoweth, Heather Headley, Kathie Lee Gifford, Nancy LaMott and many others, has also conducted the scores to such Disney animated features as "Beauty and the Beast," "Aladdin," "Pocachontas" and "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" and was music supervisor for the Broadway version of Beauty and the Beast.
