Classic Arts News Lizz Wright's Dreaming Wide Awake Debuts at Number One on Billboard Contemporary Jazz Chart Dreaming Wide Awake, the new album from vocalist Lizz Wright, entered the Billboard contemporary jazz chart this week at number one, dethroning Kenny G's At Last... The Duets Album.
At Last has spent 26 weeks at number one, out of a total of 31 weeks on the chart.

Michael Bubl_'s It's Time remained at number one on the traditional jazz chart, with Paul Anka's Rock Swings at number two and Madeleine Peyroux's When I Fall in Love at number three.

New to the jazz chart were pianist and vocalist Harry Connick Jr.'s Occasion, which debuted at number six; resurgent saxophonist Wayne Shorter's Beyond the Sound Barrier at number 10; and salsa veteran Eddie Palmieri's all-star Listen Here! at number 13.
