News London’s National Theatre Responds to War The National Theatre is staging a series of events (readings, recitals) under the banner Collateral Damage — Responses to War.

lastminute.com/theatrenow Collateral Damage is a series of free early evening events, informally staged at the National Theatre, in which a wide range of artists present their responses to the ongoing global situation. The series aims to illuminate, examine, satirize and grapple with the issues that surround the war on Iraq.

Lasting 45 minutes each, the events take place in the Lyttelton Circle Foyer March 21 and 28.

Contributors for the March 21 event include David Calder, Gordon Case, Oliver Cotton, Kevin Day, Judi Dench, Tony Harrison, Sian Thomas and Harriet Walter.
