News Loretta Devine to Return to "Grey's Anatomy" Stage and screen star Loretta Devine will repeat her recurring role of Adele Webber, Chief Webber's wife, in a five-episode arc of "Grey's Anatomy" beginning Feb. 17.

According to ew.com, Devine's character will be a frequent hospital patient during the episodes.

Devine appeared on Broadway in Dreamgirls, Big Deal, Comin' Uptown, A Broadway Musical and Hair. Her screen credits include "For Colored Girls," "Death at a Funeral," "Dreamgirls," "Waiting to Exhale" and the TV series "Eli Stone," "The PJ's" and "Boston Public," among others.

"Grey's Anatomy" airs Thursdays at 9 PM ET on ABC.
