"An Evening with Family Guy's Alex Borstein & Seth MacFarlane" will hit the famed stage Jan. 31 at 8 PM. Proceeds from the event will support the Writers Guild of America, East Strike Fund and will be shared with the Actors Fund.
"This one-night-only evening of music and comedy will include wild renditions of pop anthems and musical theatre numbers," according to an announcement. David J. Foster and Jared Geller present in association with COMIX Comedy Club.
Broadway actress LuPone is next slated to star on Broadway in the revival of Gypsy. Garofalo will take part in The Fire Dept's upcoming "At War: American Playwrights Respond To Iraq" series.
On the Fox animated series "Family Guy," creator MacFarlane voices the portly patriarch Peter, the ever-conniving one-year-old baby Stewie and the brainy yet boozy dog Brian. Borstein plays the wife and mother Lois.
Borstein has also appeared on "MAD TV" and in the films "Good Night and Good Luck, Catwoman," "Coyote Ugly" and "The Lookout." MacFarlane, who earned an Emmy Award for his work on "Family Guy," also created Fox's "American Dad!" and worked on the animated series "Ace Ventura," "Jungle Cubs" and "Johnny Bravo."
