There were bells on the hill, but Music Man star Rebecca Luker never heard them ringing June 9: She was down at New York's City Hall getting married to actor Danny Burstein.

The acting duo, who have worked together in the Encores! staging of The Boys From Syracuse and La Jolla Playhouse's Harmony and Time and Again, married in a civil ceremony and spent the afternoon in Chinatown. Luker, no doubt all aglow, then performed Marian Paroo in the hit revival of The Music Man at the Neil Simon Theatre. She was Tony Award-nominated for the role, which has her singing such romantic ballads as "Till There Was You," "My White Knight" and "Goodnight, My Someone" and "Will I Ever Tell You"

In New York City, Burstein appeared on Broadway in Titanic, in the Roundabout staging of Company and Off-Broadway's I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change and All in the Timing,, among other projects on and Off-Broadway. He was recently featured in the York Theatre reading of the Richard Rodgers Award-winning musical, Suburb.

Luker, who starred in coveted soprano roles in Broadway's recent revivals of Show Boat and The Sound of Music, was previously married to actor Gregory Jbara.
