Presented as part of Upright Cabaret's "Wicked" Summer Nights at the Ford series, the evening promises highlights from the Schwartz songbook, including premieres from his forthcoming opera Séance on a Wet Afternoon. Showtime is 7:30 PM. Billy Porter directs the evening that features Mann, Arden and Warren, as well as Tracie Thoms, David Burnham, Elizabeth Brackenbury, Barrett Foa, Audra Mae, Michael Marcotte, Katy Mixon, Nicole Parker, Hila Plitmann, Aaron Refvem, Tami Tappan Damiano, Ty Taylor and Brenna Whitaker.

Stephen Schwartz: Making Good has musical direction by Charity Wicks and Chris Bratten.

Composer-lyricist Schwartz penned the scores for the stage musicals Wicked, Godspell, Pippin and The Baker's Wife and Children of Eden, and wrote lyrics to Rags, and contributed to the films "Pocahontas" (lyrics) and "The Prince of Egypt" (music and lyrics).
