Cast members from three New York productions guest on the April 11 airing of "The Daily Show."
Stephen Colbert's report, "Blue Broadway," features a tour through the "new Times Square," including visits with cast members of Mamma Mia!, Urinetown and Puppetry of the Penis. The Comedy Central talkfest will include chats with Karen Mason, who stars in the ABBA sensation Mamma Mia!; Jeff McCarthy and Spencer Kayden, who appear in the quirky hit musical Urinetown; and Daniel Lewry and Jim MacGregor, who appear in Off-Broadway's Puppetry of the Penis.
The satirical news program "The Daily Show," which is hosted by comedian Jon Stewart, airs on Comedy Central at 11 PM.
Mammia Mia! plays Broadway's Winter Garden Theatre; Urinetown can be found at the Henry Miller Theatre; and Puppetry of the Penis is located at the John Houseman Theatre.
