News Marc Kudisch to Star in LaChiusa’s See What I Wanna See Marc Kudisch, a Tony Award nominee for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, will take a break from that show to perform the role of the victim in See What I Wanna See, Michael John LaChiusa’s musical version of the classic Japanese film, "Rashoman," the actor told NY1.

See What I Wanna See will play the Public Theater this fall. Ted Sperling, who won a Tony Award for his orchestrations of The Light in the Piazza, will direct the piece. No casting has been announced, but Audra McDonald appeared in the premiere of the show in 2004 at the Williamstown Theatre Festival.

In See What I Wanna See, several people describe the circumstances surrounding a murder, with each version differing from the others.

Kudish was also Tony nominated for Thoroughly Modern Millie.
