Tony Award-winning songwriters Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman joined the cast of Catch Me If You Can for the final curtain call at the Neil Simon Theatre Sept. 4, following a six-month run which began March 11.

The 2011 Tony-nominated musical, which officially opened April 10, played 32 preview and 170 regular performances. Following Broadway, Catch Me If You Can is set to launch its first national tour in fall 2012 at the Providence Performing Arts Center in Providence, RI.

Here, Shaiman and Wittman, who wrote the score for the musical based on the true story of conman Frank Abagnale Jr., took to the stage after the company's final performance and thanked the cast and creative team behind Catch Me If You Can.
