News Margaret Colin Is Williamstown's Sweet Bird of Youth Beginning July 19 Margaret Colin, recently seen Off-Broadway in Defiance, will play the choice role of Princess Kosmonopolis in the Williamstown Theatre Festival revival of Tennessee Williams' Sweet Bird of Youth.

Also in the cast of the David Jones-directed production are Gerry Bamman as Boss Finley, Derek Cecil as Chance Wayne, Ted Koch as George Scudder, Beth Fowler as Aunt Nonnie and Betsy Aidem as Miss Lucy. Dates are July 19-30. Geraldine Page famously created the role of Princess in the 1959 Broadway debut of the drama. Irene Worth played it in a 1975 Broadway revival.

Colin, an admired New York stage veteran, has appeared Off-Broadway in Triptych, on Broadway in A Day in the Death of Joe Egg and played Jackie Kennedy in Broadway's Jackie.

Also part of the WTF Mainstage season are: Romeo and Juliet, running Aug. 2-13; and Double Double, running Aug. 16-27.
