Adam Driver, who is currently Tony-nominated for his performance in the revival of Burn This, will co-star with Oscar winner Marion Cotillard (La Vie en Rose) in the new romantic movie musical Annette, according to Variety.

Driver and Cotillard play star-crossed lovers in Hollywood. The rock band Sparks will compose original music for the film, with Marius de Vries (La La Land, Cats) serving as music director.

Leos Carax’s film, which begins shooting over the summer, will be released in the U.S. by Amazon; no word yet on a release date. Charles Gillibert’s CG Cinema produces.
