PlayBlog Marissa Jaret Winokur Talks Hollywood Bowl Hairspray on "Good Day LA" (Video) Marissa Jaret Winokur, the Tony Award-winning actress who created the role of Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray on Broadway, will be back in Hairspray when she reprises her role in the Hollywood Bowl production in Los Angeles.

Here, Winokur sits down on "Good Day LA" to talk about taking on the role, yet again, but this time balancing motherhood at the same time. She explains that her three-year-old son Zev Isaac can be quite a handful when she is rehearsing at home—he only likes when she warms up singing his name. Winokur also talks about reuniting with fellow Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein and kissing a Jonas Brother.

In Hairspray, Winokur and Fierstein will join Corbin Bleu (Seaweed), Drew Carey (Wilbur Turnblad), John Stamos (Corny Collins), Diana DeGarmo (Penny Pingleton), Mo Gaffney (Prudy Pingleton, the Gym Teacher, the Matron), Nick Jonas (Link Larkin), Darlene Love (Motormouth Maybelle) and Tara Macri (Amber).
