Directed by George Street artistic director David Saint, previews will begin Nov. 27 prior to an official opening Nov. 30. Performances will continue through Dec. 23.

The cast will be led by stage and screen star Marlo Thomas.

"A mother always knows when something’s up," according to press notes. "Bill Jr. is distracted, under pressure and off his game. Will the unanticipated outcome of his mother’s persistent delving send him further off-kilter? Secrets are exposed and clever little lies are crafted when a confidence shared between father and son escalates into an unexpected family disclosure that could change everything."

Clever Little Lies is the third world premiere of DiPietro’s to be produced by George Street Playhouse, following the acclaimed drama Creating Claire and the musical The Toxic Avenger, which moved to Off-Broadway and received the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best New Musical.
