Following a successful Off-Broadway run at Second Stage, Sherie Rene Scott's "sort-of autobiographical meta-musical" comes to Broadway for a limited run.

The work is described as "the story of a young woman’s psycho-sexual-spiritual journey on the rocky path that separates her mostly Mennonite past from her mostly Manhattan future."

Everyday Rapture draws from an eclectic songlist including tunes from "Mister Rogers Neighborhood" and songs made famous by David Byrne, Roberta Flack, U2, The Supremes, Tom Waits, The Dap Kings and Judy Garland.
