The web series, according to press notes, is the story of "Jack (Creighton), a mild-mannered young man with a BFA in acting and no life skills. He took a job at a theater box office because it didn't involve heavy lifting, wearing a blazer or using Excel. A few years and thousands of customers later, Jack finds himself less mild-mannered and less young than ever before."

Now in its third season, episode 20, "The Surprise," features the Broadway trio surprising Jack at work. His mother (Testa), aunt (Fraser) and their friend Dawn (Halston) ambush Jack at work and drag him to get a cup of coffee where they discuss "The Real Housewives" and the progress of his acting career and love life.
