The performer recently announced that he would direct the eighth episode of the season, set to air in November, during an acoustic set and Q&A at LA’s Grammy Museum for their Spotlight series.
No further details regarding the episode have been released.
Morrison was nominated for a Tony Award in 2005 for his performance in The Light in the Piazza. He has also been seen on Broadway in South Pacific, A Naked Girl on the Appian Way, Hairspray, The Rocky Horror Show and Footloose.
Morrison currently stars as Will Schuester, director of the New Directions, on "Glee."
