Mazzie, Danieley, Callaway, Carnelia and More Sing During New Osher Marin Season

News   Mazzie, Danieley, Callaway, Carnelia and More Sing During New Osher Marin Season A host of Broadway's finest performers will team up for concerts at the Osher Marin JCC in 2003-2004.

Joining the previously announced Brent Barrett and Karen Mason — Nov. 22 at 8 PM and Nov. 23 at 5 PM — will be Marin Mazzie and Jason Danieley, Sharon McNight and Craig Carnelia and Liz Callaway and Jason Graae. All concerts will be held in the Center's Hoytt Theatre.

Husband-and-wife actors Mazzie and Danieley will perform Feb. 7, 2004 (8 PM) and Feb. 8 (5 PM). Mazzie, who is currently starring on Broadway in the revival of Man of La Mancha, is a three-time Tony Award nominee for her performances in Kiss Me, Kate; Ragtime; and Passion. Danieley, most recently on Broadway as Malcolm MacGregor in The Full Monty, has also appeared in Candide, the City Center Encores! production of Strike Up the Band as well as Off-Broadway's Dream True and Floyd Collins.

Actress Sharon McNight — a Tony nominee for her performance in Starmites — and composer/lyricist Craig Carnelia will team up for concerts March 20 (8 PM) and March 21 (5 PM). McNight recently received raves for her performance as Sophie Tucker in Off-Broadway's Red Hot Mama; Carnelia penned the lyrics to Marvin Hamlisch's music for Sweet Smell of Success and Imaginary Friends.

Broadway favorite Liz Callaway, who starred in last season's Burt Bacharach revue, The Look of Love, will join Jason Graae at the Osher Marin JCC for concerts April 24 (8 PM) and 25 (5 PM). Callaway's Broadway credits also include Merrily We Roll Along, Baby, The Three Musketeers, Miss Saigon and Cats; Graae has been seen on The Great White Way in A Grand Night for Singing, Falsettos, Stardust and Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up?
