News Mazzie to Go It Solo at Feinstein's with Songs of Herman, Kander and Ebb Three-time Tony nominee Marin Mazzie, who was originally scheduled to perform with husband Jason Danieley at Feinstein's at the Regency, will instead go it solo at the posh nightclub May 1 and 15.

Mazzie will offer a program entitled "Yes! It's Today," which will feature the songs of Jerry Herman and John Kander and Fred Ebb. (Danieley, who is on vocal rest, also recently withdrew from the upcoming La Jolla Playhouse world premiere staging of Zhivago.) Cabaretgoers can expect to hear tunes from Chicago, Cabaret, Steel Pier, La Cage aux Folles, Mack & Mabel and Hello, Dolly! The acclaimed singing actress will be accompanied by David Loud on piano and Peter Donovan on bass.

A three-time Tony Award nominee for her performances in Kiss Me, Kate; Ragtime; and Passion, Marin Mazzie's other theatrical credits include Into the Woods, Big River, The World Goes 'Round, the City Center Encores! production of Out of this World and Off-Broadway's The Trojan Women: A love Story, where she met husband Jason Danieley. Mazzie also starred in the London production of Kiss Me, Kate, where she earned an Olivier Award nomination for her work.

There is a $25 cover charge and a two-drink minimum for both shows. Show time is 8:30 PM.
