"Great Joy: A Gospel Christmas," released by Sh-K-Boom Records, hits stores Oct. 21. Broadway Inspirational Voices, a choir of 50 cast members from popular Broadway shows, sing traditional Christmas music with modern theatrical arrangements including "Joy to the World," "Away in a Manger," and "Little Drummer Boy."

The 15-song CD is delivered by BIV founder, conductor and music director Michael McElroy with orchestrations by orchestra conductor Joseph Joubert. McElroy, Joubert and Buryl Red handle the arrangements.
