"David Yazbek: Evil Monkey Man" will be presented Feb. 9 at the Allen Room in the Frederick P. Rose Hall at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Show time is 8:30 PM. Yazbek will be joined onstage by Nellie McKay (The Threepenny Opera) and operatic soprano Lauren Flanigan.

A recording artist, vocalist and pianist, Yazbek was Tony Award-nominated for the musicals The Full Monty and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. His first album, "The Laughing Man," won the N.A.I.R.D. Award for Best Pop Album of the Year. He has also served as a writer for "Late Night with David Letterman."

Yazbek's fifth CD of original rock songs, entitled "Evil Monkey Man," is due on the Ghostlight Records label Feb. 26.

The Allen Room, part of Frederick P. Rose Hall, is located at Jazz at Lincoln Center at Broadway at 60th Street.
