Trip Cullman (The Wooden Breeks, Last Sunday in June) directs the work that began previews March 2 for a run through April 15.

"While two men exchange wedding vows, guests at the ceremony chart their own loves, lives, and the degrees of liberation they've achieved — or not — over the years," reads a show description.

In the company of Men are Don Amendolia (Dedication or The Stuff of Dreams), Kelly AuCoin (Julius Caesar), Romain Frugé (The Full Monty), David Greenspan (Happy Days), Jesse Hooker (Drug Buddy), Michael McElroy (Big River), Pedro Pascal (Based on a Totally True Story), Randy Redd (Parade) and Frederick Weller (Seascape, Glengarry Glen Ross).

"Basically, Some Men is all the events in the past 50 years that have led to same-sex marriage," McNally previously told Playbill.com.

The prolific playwright next sees the world premiere of Deuce starting April 11 on Broadway, starring Tony Award winners Angela Lansbury and Marian Seldes. McNally's breadth of work includes plays (Master Class, Love! Valour! Compassion!) as well as librettos (Ragtime, Kiss of the Spider Woman). He won Tony Awards for all four aforementioned works. Other credits include Frankie and Johnny in the Clair De Lune, The Full Monty, The Visit, Corpus Christi, The Lisbon Traviata, Andre’s Mother and Lips Together, Teeth Apart.

The design team for Some Men includes Mark Wendland (scenic), Linda Cho (costumes), Kevin Adams (lighting) and John Gromada (sound).

Second Stage end its current season with Sarah Ruhl's re-imagining of the classic myth Eurydice (May 30-July 21).
