The series of performances will culminate Oct. 16 with a special guest performance by Chad Kimball, the Tony-nominated Memphis star who is also a Boston Conservatory alumnus. The 8 PM performance will be followed by a champagne and dessert reception.
Student performances are scheduled for Oct. 13 and 14 at 8 PM. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place Oct. 15 at 12:30 PM, and free guided tours of the new building will be offered Oct. 15 at 1 PM at Oct. 16 at 12:30 PM.
A Drama Desk and Tony nominee for his performance in Memphis, Kimball has also been seen on Broadway in Into the Woods, Good Vibrations and Lennon.
