News Michael Cerveris and Loose Cattle Celebrate Release of New Single with Free Concert Tonight Tony Award winner Michael Cerveris, Kimberly Kaye and their band Loose Cattle celebrate the release of the new single "Pony Girl" with a free concert Nov. 23 at Hill Country Barbecue at 8 PM.

"Pony Girl" was written by Jeanine Tesori and Lisa Kron for Fun Home, but was cut during early workshops. The song, sung by Cerveris' character Bruce Bechdel, can be heard on the original Broadway cast recording.

Loose Cattle's country arrangement of "Pony Girl" is currently available on iTunes.

According to a release, "a very special limited edition heavyweight vinyl version, with original cover art by Alison Bechdel, on whom Fun Home is based, will be available by January, but may be preordered at Hill Country tonight."

The release party will also include performances by New Orleans Big Easy and Paul Sanchez.
