Cabaret & Concert News Michael Cerveris Kicks Off Broadway Concert Series in Provincetown July 1–2 The popular vacation destination will see and hear top stage talent by the beach.

A flock of Broadway stars is winging their way to Cape Cod this summer. Provincetown’s Art House and Town Hall will play host to concerts by Tony Award winners Michael Cerveris, Laura Benanti, Faith Prince, and Sutton Foster, plus Melissa Errico, Megan Hilty, Ana Gasteyer, Christine Pedi, Beth Malone, and many more.

Many will appear as part of the seventh season of the resort town’s “Broadway @ The Art House” series organized by Artistic Director Mark Cortale and Playbill columnist Seth Rudetsky. Several will appear as separate concert attractions.

Here are Broadway-related highlights of the season. Rudetsky serves as host and pianist except where otherwise noted:

July 1–2 Michael Cerveris: Tony Award winner for Assassins and for Fun Home.

July 16 Alice Ripley: Tony winner for Next to Normal.

July 28–29 Melissa Errico: Star of Finian’s Rainbow, Dracula, and High Society, and a Tony nominee for Amour.

July 30 Christine Pedi: Featured player in Forbidden Broadway, Newsical, plus Broadway’s Chicago, and daily host of SiriusXM Radio’s On Broadway channel.

August 4–7 Marilyn Maye: Veteran cabaret singer. Billy Stritch will serve as pianist.

August 6 Megan Hilty: Tony nominee for Noises Off and star of TV’s Smash.

August 13 Sutton Foster: Two-time Tony-winning star of Thoroughly Modern Millie and Anything Goes. Michael Rafter will serve as pianist.

August 20–21 Beth Malone: Broadway star of Ring of Fire and Tony nominee for Fun Home, makes her Art House debut.

August 25–26 Faith Prince: Tony Award winner for Guys and Dolls, and co-star of A Man of No Importance and Disaster! .

September 3 Laura Benanti: Tony winner for Gypsy and star of Broadway's recent She Loves Me revival.

September 9 Ana Gasteyer: Star of Saturday Night Live and Broadway’s Wicked.

Playlists and other details of their performances are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

Also appearing this summer: Melissa Ferrick, Varla Jean Merman in Bad Heroine, Steve Grand, Ryan Landry, Tori Scott, Bianca Del Rio, The Atomic Bombshells, Marilyn Maye, Marisol Montalvo in Mad Scene, Ben Rimalower in Patti Issues, the team of Unitard in Tard Core!, Peaches Christ and Jinkx Monsoon in Return to Grey Gardens, and many other attractions.
