News Michele Ragusa To Headline Concerts of The Music Man and Funny Girl Broadway vet Michele Ragusa will appear in back-to-back concerts of music from two classic American musicals, The Music Man and Funny Girl, during the first week of April.

Ragusa will sing the role of Marian in The Music Man for the Kansas City (Missouri) Symphony April 1. On April 9, the Buffalo native will sing the role of Fanny Brice in the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra concert of Funny Girl. She will also headline Judy Garland – A Tribute with the Long Beach Symphony in May.

The actress' Broadway credits include Young Frankenstein, Urinetown, Ragtime, Titanic, A Class Act and Cyrano. She recently appeared in Radio Girl at Goodspeed Opera House and in Adrift in Macao at Primary Stages, earning a Barrymore Award and Lucille Lortel and Drama League nominations for the latter performance.
