News MI's BoarsHead Gives Hunt's Hawk Mountain A Reading Dec. 9 The BoarsHead Theater in Lansing, MI opens its 1998-99 Staged Reading Series with Ralph Hunt's Hawk Mountain.

The BoarsHead Theater in Lansing, MI opens its 1998-99 Staged Reading Series with Ralph Hunt's Hawk Mountain. The story of Robert, a man who tries to connect to the world through his care for injured hawks, Hawk Mountain uses the cello to create the cries of the birds.

After the reading, a talkback with the author will follow.

The rest of the reading season includes Flyovers by Jeffrey Sweet (Mar. 17, 1999), Full Circle by Jeffrey Chastang to be read by the Plowshares Theatre Company (April 21), and Gus and Angie by Dick Hill (May 5).

All readings are free and begin at 7 PM. For further information, call (517) 484-7805. The BoarsHead Theatre is located in the Center for the Arts, 425 S. Grand Ave. in Lansing.
