On Tuesdays, Jan. 6, 13, 20 and 27, 2004, Barton will re-create his impersonation of Miss Gulch, "the dog-snatching, bicycle-riding, spiteful spinster-next-door who had it in for Dorothy's little Toto." Show time is 8 PM. The Jan. 27 performance — scheduled for 10:30 PM — will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Barton's revue of songs and social commentary premiered in 1983 at Palsson's Supper Club and played extended engagements throughout the country, including a stint at the Actors' Playhouse of Nashville. A recording of the show was also released on CD in 1986. Barton also appeared in the original cast of Forbidden Broadway.
