News MITF Awards to Be Held at New World Stages Aug. 30 The Midtown International Theatre Festival will celebrate its 10th anniversary season with an awards ceremony Aug. 30 at New World Stages.

The 7:30 PM evening promises scenes and selections from Exposed! The Curious Case of Shiloh and Zahara; A Night in the Kremlin; That's Showbiz!; and The Sword Politik. The MITF season ran July 13-Aug. 2.

Award attendees will also place their vote for the Audience Favorite Award. John Chatterton founded the festival in 2000.
