The additions of Brian (Eastern Standard) Kerwin and Frederick (The Rehearsal) Weller complete the casting of the The Little Foxes, which director Jack O'Brien will put into rehearsal February 27. Lillian Hellman's saga about a conniving Southern clan opens April 27 at Lincoln Center's Vivian Beaumont. Stockard Channing, whom O'Brien directed at Lincoln Center in Hapgood, is starring as Regina Hubbard Giddens, a role essayed on Broadway by Tallulah Bankhead, Anne Bancroft and Elizabeth Taylor and on film by Bette Davis.

Kenneth Welsh will play her weak, and weakening, husband -- and Jennifer Dundas fromArcadia will be seen as their surprisingly spunky offspring, Alexandra.

Regina's blustery brother and her quietly boozy sister-in-law, Birdie, will be played by Brian Murray and Frances Conroy. The remaining roles in the play have been assigned to Richard E. Council, Ethel Ayler and Charles Turner.
