Submissions are being accepted for the second Kansas City Festival of New Musicals, formerly the Kansas City Crossroads Musical Theater Festival. Shows presented in Kansas City in June will later be presented in California in August.
The festivals "seek to introduce new and unique works into the American theatre catalogue," according to Theater League, Inc.
