Anthony Wilkinson's My Big Gay Italian Wedding, which ended its Off-Broadway run Aug. 20 at St. Luke’s Theatre, makes its Atlantic City premiere Aug. 26-27 at the Hilton Hotel & Casino; show time both nights is 9 PM.

The cast boasts Lainie Kazan ("My Big Fat Greek Wedding") as Angela Pinnunziato, Nikki Blonsky ("Hairspray" film) as Maria Pinnunziato,  playwright Wilkinson as Anthony, Brent Heuser as Andrew, Joe Scanio as Joe, Tomasso Antico as Mario, Liz Gerecitano as Lucia, Meagan Robar as Connie, Barry Brisco as Rodney, Billy Yoder as Frankie, Brett Douglas as Maurizio, J. Austin Eyer as Gregorio and Chad Kessler as Father Rosalia. Kim Sozzi and Judy Torres play Aunt Toniann Aug. 26 and Aug. 27, respectively.

The ensemble includes Jennifer Marie Napolitano, Leah Gerstel and Joey Murray.

My Big Gay Italian Wedding, according to press notes, "focuses on two gay men as they plan their wedding and the people around them, including an overbearing Italian mother, a jealous ex-boyfriend, the wedding planner from Hell, and an assortment of family and friends."

The production also features choreography by J. Austin Eyer, costume design by Philip Heckman and original music and lyrics by David James Boyd.
