Scheduled to share excerpts from their newest works in progress are Jon Robin Baitz (Naked Angels Founding Member, New School for Drama Faculty); Janine Nabers (New School for Drama MFA '08; 2011 Page 73 Playwriting Fellowship); and Kirit Limperis, a participant from 3Thursdays, Naked Angels' public high school outreach program.

Directed by Daniel Aukin, the evening will feature the talents of Nathan Lane, Peter Jay Fernandez, Debargo Sanyal and New School for Drama MFA actors.

Angels Ajar is one of the first events in the recently announced partnership between Naked Angels and The New School for Drama. The collaboration offers New School students the opportunity to train with Naked Angels through its development programs, while providing the company with a home — the New School's Bank Street complex — to produce its dramatic works.

The event includes a pre-show reception beginning at 6:30 PM. The reading is scheduled for 7:30 PM.

Proceeds will benefit the professional theatre artists, their new works, and the New School students participating within Naked Angels' 2013-14 core programming.

Tickets are $100 and may be purchased in advance at nakedangels.com/ajar. The New School for Drama Theater is located at 151 Bank Street, 3rd Floor.
