According to EW.com's Ausiello Files, "How I Met Your Mother" and Cabaret star Neil Patrick Harris will likely guest star in a May episode of "Glee," which will be directed by Joss Whedon ("Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Dr. Horrible"). Glee creator Ryan Murphy also stated that he hoped to snag Jennifer Lopez and Bruce Springsteen for future episodes.

Oh, and about those new roles that "Glee" is looking to cast for next season? It looks like one of the characters will be a boyfriend for Kurt. The duo are going to become the new power couple, while Rachel will get some competition from a new Eve Harrington-like character.

Also, the upcoming Madonna-themed episode will be packed with ten songs by the material girl, with Sue Sylvester set to "Vogue."
