Created by Bob Orci and Alex Kurtzman, the series follows Antonio "Matador" Bravo. Played by Gabriel Luna ("Prison Break," "NCIS: Los Angeles"), Bravo is a soccer star whose sports career serves as a cover for his work as a covert operative executing missions for a little-known branch of the CIA.
The series will air on Robert Rodriguez's El Rey Network and is scheduled to premiere following the World Cup in July.
Molina will play Andres Galan, owner of the ascendant LA Riot franchise.
Molina is a three-time Tony nominee (Red, Fiddler on the Roof, Art), whose film credits include "Chocolat," "An Education" and "Spider-Man 2." His TV work includes "Ladies Man," "Bram and Alice" and "Monday Mornings." He will be seen in the upcoming film "Love Is Strange," co-starring with Tony nominee John Lithgow.
