Harper Lee's Pulitzer Prize winning novel, To Kill A Mockingbird, will be staged in Rockford, IL by the New American Theater. This adaption by Christopher Sergel runs March 31 to May 2 at the David W. Knapp Theater.

Barbara Farrar stars as the elderly Jean Louise Finch, known as Scout in her youth. Also in the cast are John Sterling Arnold as Atticus Finch, Richard Raether as Bob Ewell, Katie Tremaine as young Scout Finch, Matthew Anthony Zarembski as Jem Finch, and Jenniel Wright as Calpurnia.

NAT producing artistic director William Gregg directs. Also involved are Mike Nichols (set), Dana Harnish Tinsley (costumes), LeRoy Stoner (lighting), Doug Hillard (sound), Sarah Davenport (dramaturg), and Kathi Karol Johnson (production stage manager).

Tickets range from $16 to $21 with a $3 discount for students, seniors, and groups of ten or more. For tickets, call the NAT box office at 815 964-6282.
