News New Comedy by Ed Simpson Premieres May 13 at Third Stage Additional Particulars, a new comedy by Ed Simpson, will have its world premiere May 13 at Third Stage in Burbank. The show reunites Simpson with director Michael Lilly and actors Kirk Bailey, Jack Kehler and David Wells, all of whom were associated with Simpson's Elephant Sighs, which had a successful run at Theatre/Theater last year. Also featured in Additional Particulars is Susan Mackin, who has appeared in three other plays directed by Lilly.

Additional Particulars, a new comedy by Ed Simpson, will have its world premiere May 13 at Third Stage in Burbank. The show reunites Simpson with director Michael Lilly and actors Kirk Bailey, Jack Kehler and David Wells, all of whom were associated with Simpson's Elephant Sighs, which had a successful run at Theatre/Theater last year. Also featured in Additional Particulars is Susan Mackin, who has appeared in three other plays directed by Lilly.

Simpson's latest weaves together the lives of four employees of a discount mart in a small Pennsylvania town. The character-driven story involves a burgeoning love affair and the dreams and hopes of "ordinary people."

Wells recently completed a five-month run in a successful production of Glengarry Glen Ross at Third Stage. Kehler is also a director; Bartenders at Theatre/Theater is a recent credit.
