Sternin and Fraser are the creative forces behind such television hits as “The Nanny” and “Who’s The Boss?”

The Off-Broadway production will be directed by Kirsten Sanderson with Stephen Dobay as scenic designer. The new comedy will be helmed by lead producer Marla McNally Phillips and co-producer Marcy Carsey.

“I'm absolutely delighted for the opportunity to collaborate with Sternin and Fraser on their beautifully-crafted modern day farce," said director Sanderson in a statement. “With the non-musical theatre scene traditionally jam-packed with dramatic tales, Under My Skin is sure to be a breath of fresh air for the New York stage, without scrimping on the quality of the story and production theatre-goers expect and deserve.”

Casting, additional creative team members and performance dates will be announced at a later time.

In Under My Skin, according to press notes, "a twist of fate leads to love and laughs when New York’s most eligible bachelor and a single, working mother hilariously experience each other’s lives and see things from a very different perspective."

The Little Shubert Theatre is located at 422 W. 42nd Street. Tickets will go on sale to the general public via Telecharge.com in the near future.
