An invitation-only workshop of Uncle Broadway, a new musical, will take place on May 16-18 at the 42nd Street Studios. Featured in the workshop are Robert Colonna, James Darrah, Ken Jennings, Eric Millegan and Kathy Robinson. Millegan was just seen in the Encores! Revival of Hair. Jennings created the roles of Toby in Sweeney Todd and, twenty years later, Hot Blades Harry in the current Off Broadway hit Urinetown!.

Bruce Coyle is Musical Director.  Richard Ericson and Judith Swift direct. Choreography is by John Dietrich.

Uncle Broadway is described as "a contemporary musical fantasy set in Times Square, featuring the theatrical reincarnation of George M. Cohan, the man who owned Broadway."

The show's producers plan a full scale production this fall.
