FatChance Productions' new theatre space will be open for business on Sept. 30. The Off-Broadway stage, called The Ground Floor Theatre, is located at 312 W. 11 Street in Greenwich Village, right around the corner from the White Horse Tavern. The ribbon-cutting will be commemorated by an invitation-only launch party.

FatChance Productions was founded in 1998. Past New York productions included Wendy MacLeod's Things Being What They Are and Misterman. The company is dedicated to developing new work.
